AOWOOWOWOOOWOOOOOOOO!!!

I've finally got my Lua stuff working semi-well and I'm looking at coming out with my first release! Glee!

First of all, the controls:

wsad - Movement,
q - Shoot, if you've got a working weapon equipped and a target selected,
i - Inventory,
t + movement key - Target something in that direction, (Incredibly cumbersome, I know)
p - Pause/unpause,
e - Use,
c - Creates a robot at a fixed coordinates on the map for target practice,
other buttons - Might do something? I dunno!

On navi-chair interface:
Right click - Zoom out,
Left click on a planet or star - Zoom in to starsystem/planet level,
Planet level + w or s - Scroll up and down the list of places on that planet.

On the gunbench:
Add - Goes to your inventory and shows what weapons and/or weapon components you have in your inventory. When adding a device it is broken into its constituent parts,
Take - Puts everything on the gunbench into your inventory. If it detects there's a device you've constructed it will be put into your inventory as a device, if not, the separate components will be put in,
Test - Sends a fire signal to the trigger-and-grip component, if one exists. If it works there'll be some text written to logfile.log. Cumbersome, I know,
Double click an icon - Rotate it.

Assemble a valid gun by attaching a magazine to the bottom and a grip'n'trigger to the back. That's the bare minimum.

In your inventory:
Click your device slot to browse for devices you can equip,
Click the browse button to browse your entire inventory.

In the gunbench part picker and inventory browser:
Right click and drag - Move your view around,
Left click on an icon and drag - Move it around your inventory,
Double click on an icon - Select that device/component for equipping or placing on the gunbench.

DOWNLOAD ZOMG!!ONE!!ELEVEN!!

Bonus points for penising around in the component Lua files and breaking stuff. At present the weapons have no cooldown and the magazine has unlimited ammo.

I've done a bit more jiggery pokery under the hood, fixed many MANY bugs, replaced my whole entity list system which should've fixed some odd crashes I've been getting.

I'm wondering where to go from here. Possibly adding loot drops to enemies? Maybe work on the conversation system for some NPCs? Not sure.
